Most white or yellow gold rings cost about $60-$80 to size up or down.  This price includes rhodium plating if the ring is white gold.  Platinum rings cost between $80-$100.  Silver rings cost about $30-$50.  If the shank of the ring is wider than normal or the ring needs to be sized up or down a few sizes it will cost a bit more than these prices.  It is always best to come in for an estimate.  We have an on-site master jeweler that can do the sizing while you wait if you have an appointment.  Otherwise you are more than welcome to leave the ring with us during normal business hours and we will call you as soon as it is ready for pickup.
