Robert, Elena, and Natalie are so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Just a few weeks after my first visit, I received a thank you card from them. So gracious! I went in yet again a couple months later as my mom bought me a bracelet that had 11 links left after it was resized. I had ideas about what I wanted to do and Robert Elena and Natalie go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. They made me a beautiful set of bar diamond earrings and necklace that I wear every day (along with the bracelet they came from!) And I get my rings cleaned for free every time I go! I will not hesitate to come back to Johnsen Diamond for my next jewelery purchase. Oh and it doesn’t hurt that it’s in the cutest little town!

They carry a huge variety of Jewelry including watches which is my favorite piece of Jewelry. The no pressure approach that they have is very refreshing. I enjoyed being able to browse and when I was ready to start seeing stuff they were courteous and endearing. Imagine that a place not mentioning money within the first few minutes. For me they are the only jeweler I will do business with as long as I’m around.
